Product Overview
The new energy generation dedicated box-type transformer is a high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation
(hereinafter referred to as the substation) that integrates HV switchgear, the transformer active part, and protective fuses
within an oil tank, along with LV switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment. It is a dedicated step-up device that
takes the voltage from new energy grid-tied inverters (or AC generators), steps it up to 10kV or 35kV via a step-up
transformer, and outputs the electrical energy through 10kV or 35kV lines. It is the ideal auxiliary equipment for new
energy generation systems.
Intelligent
- Real-time detection of the operating status of LV cabinets, transformers, and ring main units.
- Online detection of electrical parameters; current and voltage detection accuracy reaches up to 0.5 class.
- Supports remote control of the main circuit breakers in LV cabinets and ring main units, as well as remote querying of box-type substation operational information.
Simple
- Internal equipment is prefabricated and installed.
- Compact 20ft container structure, suitable for various transport conditions and easy to install.
Reliable
- Structural design is firm and reliable.
- Protection rating for LV and MV compartments is IP54.
Rapid Deployment
- Capable of achieving rapid deployment.
- On-site operations only require completing the LV incoming and MV outgoing connections.
