Product Highlights & Details

SC(B)H15 Series Amorphous Alloy Dry-Type Transformer

Eco-friendly and Energy-saving Optimal Choice for Grid Upgrades

Product Overview

High Efficiency and Energy Saving:Utilizing cores made of amorphous alloy materials, the unit features exceptionally low no-load loss and no-load current, equivalent to only 30% of those found in silicon steel laminations. The no-load loss of this amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is 75% lower than the specified values in GB/T 10228, significantly reducing operating costs and delivering outstanding energy saving performance.
Superior Corrosion Resistance:The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature resistant silicone. This process effectively prevents corrosion and the shedding of amorphous alloy fragments, providing robust protection for both the core and thewindings.
Low Noise Level:To minimize operational noise, the product design incorporates an optimized operating magnetic flux density. During
manufacturing, the core and coil structures are refined using specialized noise-reduction materials and processes. The resulting noise level is approximately 5–15 dB lower than the requirements of the national standard GB/T 10088.
Robust Short-circuit Withstand Capability:The product utilizes a three-phase three-limb structure with a compact and rational clamping design for the core and coils. Our amorphous alloy dry-type transformers were among the first in the domestic market to successfully pass the sudden short-circuit test.
Low Partial Discharge:Through the use of vacuum epoxy resin casting, the product achieves low temperature rise, a long service life, and excellent heat dissipation. It is capable of operating at 150% of the rated load under forced air (AF) cooling conditions. The integrated temperature control and protection system provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer.
